Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 1 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please inform us by sending a clear statement to admin@leosafetyshop.com. In this case the product must be in its original box and unopened.
You have the right to return the product up to 15 days after receiving it.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 15 days.
The goods are in their original packaging and condition.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Goods
We cannot accept returns for:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
4. Return Process
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days.
6. Defective or Not as Described Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at admin@leosafetyshop.com within 15 days of receiving the goods. We will provide options for replacement, repair, or a full refund.
7. Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
