Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 1 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please inform us by sending a clear statement to admin@leosafetyshop.com.​ In this case the product must be in its original box and unopened.

You have the right to return the product up to 7 days after receiving it.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.​

  • The goods are in their original packaging and condition.​

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.​

3. Non-Returnable Goods

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.​

  • Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.​

  • Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.​

4. Return Process

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:​

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.​

5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days.​

6. Defective or Not as Described Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at admin@leosafetyshop.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will provide options for replacement, repair, or a full refund.​

7. Gifts

  • If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.​

  • If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.​
